1. What these terms cover
These terms apply whenever you use farmersdaughtergifts.com (the “Site”), a free game parlour offering casino-style games for entertainment only. By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Site.
2. This is not gambling

3. Harvest Coins
Harvest Coins are a free, pretend currency that exists only on the Site. Every new account is given 60,000. Harvest Coins have no monetary value. They can’t be purchased, sold, withdrawn, redeemed, given to someone else, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. We may adjust, reset or remove balances, for example to correct a mistake, to stop misuse, or when an account is closed.
4. Who can use the Site
- You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher.
- You may only use the Site where it is lawful to do so. We may refuse sign-ups from certain countries.
- We may ask you to confirm your age or details, and we may close accounts that contain false information.

5. Your account

Please give accurate details, keep your login private, and remember that you are responsible for whatever happens under your account. One person should have one account. 6. Fair use
Please don’t: use the Site while under age; create false or duplicate accounts; try to hack, probe, overload or interfere with the Site or its games; use bots or automated tools; copy or reverse-engineer the games or code; send spam or unlawful material through our forms; or use the Site for anything illegal. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules.

You may stop using the Site and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop operating the Site.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
